450 sq.ft., with two restrooms, a small kitchenette with a refrigerator and microwave

Capacity:
24 in theater seating, 20 in a circle

Fees:
$25 per hour (2 hour minimum) or $125 per day or $250 for the weekend
(Discounted rates available for ongoing class/workshop rentals.)
